Is my deposit refundable?
Yes. Full refund any time before we place the production order with our manufacturing partner (within 28 days of sign-up). After that, refund on request if we fail to ship by end of Q3 2026.
When will I get my paddle?
8–12 weeks after the reservation window closes and we place the production order. We’ll email you the exact ship date once the PO is locked.
What if you don’t hit the reservation target?
We refund every deposit in full and you keep your early-access invitation for a future run. No balance charged, no questions.
Is this founding-customer pricing the best I’ll ever get?
Yes — pre-order customers get the lowest price we’ll ever offer, plus a founding-customer engraving on the grip and an invite to our first condo demo night.
Who’s holding my money?
Deposits are held via Stripe (secured, regulated) on The Silent Pickle Co. Pte Ltd account. We don’t touch the balance until we confirm the production order.
